Unlike process oriented ISO training, CMMI certification governs management structures of large organizations. This can be useful for policy changes. For instance, a recent California law requires food handler cards for all servers who prepare, handle or store food.
Food poisoning at the hands of food service professionals is always the fault of those professionals.
