Do you suffer from tooth decay, discolored teeth, cracked teeth, misaligned teeth, or missing teeth? Over 99% of Americans believe that it is important to have a good smile, and if you are unsatisfied with your own, there are several options available to help. Depending on your dental needs, cosmetic dentists offer several treatment options.
1. Braces. Although an adult set of braces can cost nearly $5,000, correcting misaligned teeth helps permanently prevent future periodontal problems. Since the look of metal braces may not appeal to some, Invisalign braces are available as an alternative. Invisalign braces serve the same purpose as traditional braces, but these braces are clear. As a result, they appear invisible on your teeth.
2. Dental implants. Implants are used as a way to permanently replace missing teeth. Metal devices are implanted into your gums, and they eventually fuse right to the bone. A prosthetic tooth is then placed on top of the metal device, and this causes it to look like a real tooth. Dental implants can replace anywhere from one tooth to a full set of teeth, and they are commonly sought after by those who do not wish to use dentures.
3. Porcelain veneers. Porcelain veneers are thin, tooth-colored shells of material that are placed over teeth to cover their imperfections. Although tooth enamel is considered to be the hardest surface in the human body, it eventually wears down and allows teeth to be easily chipped, cracked, and marred. Porcelain veneers are used to brighten discolored teeth, as well. Although many people use teeth whiteners, which utilize peroxide that causes oxidation, to brighten their teeth, veneers are also available to achieve the same result.
A good smile can go a long way, so it is important to be confident about your teeth. When you are embarrassed about your teeth, however, several options are available to help, including braces, dental implants, and porcelain veneers. By seeking the treatment option that is right for you, you can finally be proud to flash your pearly whites. Read this website for more information: www.glassmandentalcare.com

Lol I know a lot of people I should be showing this article to. They have horrible teeth but never do anything to fix them! I mean, if you know your teeth are unattractive and people dont like them, why not change them?
…soooo let me get this straight. You think people should change because YOU dont like them? My my, are you selfish. Why should people live to please other people? Why cant they just live to please themselves? After all, thats the only way to be truly happy.
